A new modern designed RE/MAX LIBERTY office in Oceanside, CA. Jacob Dean Construction installed a lot of glass walls to give the space a larger, open feel, new linear vinyl flooring, and clean white cabinets with natural stone tops.

The Purring Parrot, Mission Gorge area

Relocation of an avian and feline retail resort facility from Liberty Station to the Mission Gorge area. Jacob Dean Construction created multiple spaces for housing cats and larger aviaries for the feathered guests. The concrete floors were mechanically ground and sealed with a special “Kennel Kit” product.

New single lite-French doors were installed for all cat rooms. Heavy gauge, rubberized wire mesh was installed over the tops of every cat room.

Relocation of an expanding IT business to 7000 square feet of new office space. High End finishes to include: El Dorado Stone veneer, sealed concrete floors, ceramic tile floors and walls, Quartz countertops, Herculite glass doors and walls, sound board walls, custom pendant light fixtures, and new multi-user restroom with custom fabricated concrete sinks. Level 4 drywall finish to accommodate tenant’s custom wall graphics. Open ceiling theme with full height office walls, video production room, game room, large open “pit” work area. The space has a very large kitchen with with electric range, hood, commercial refrigerators and a triple-tap kegerator.

Club Pilates, Liberty Station

Club Pilates franchise opened late 2017 in Liberty Station. Jacob Dean Construction removed existing finishes and created an open space with one private training studio and an office. We installed Club Pilates specified LVT flooring, new ceiling grid and tile and painted the place a wonderful shade of blue.
