Relocation of an avian and feline retail resort facility from Liberty Station to the Mission Gorge area. Jacob Dean Construction created multiple spaces for housing cats and larger aviaries for the feathered guests. The concrete floors were mechanically ground and sealed with a special “Kennel Kit” product.
New single lite-French doors were installed for all cat rooms. Heavy gauge, rubberized wire mesh was installed over the tops of every cat room.
